ꕀ Ocean Wave Boutique was founded in 2017 by Kharla Thamara, a proud Puerto Rican woman born in Puerto Rico and raised in Texas. Inspired by her roots and lifestyle, she embodies the true spirit of a Coastal Cowgirl.
